Lullaby for the Working Class
|
A foreshadowing to their third full-length, which is scheduled for
a spring release. This limited edition seven-inch features hand made
covers, designed and silk-screened by Jay Ryan of Chicago, whose artwork
can be seen on Touch & Go ads, on the new Shellac Record, and on the
releases of his own band, Dianogah. The ebb & flo is one song,
split up into three parts, and it shows the further progression of Lullaby
into the experimental, yet at the same time it
hints that they may be heading toward a more aggressive, pouncier style, while still holding on to their pop roots. With this being the indication, we should highly anticipate their forthcoming full-length. Note: these songs are exclusive to this 7", and will not be on their forthcoming album. $3.00 |
